No, you cannot ignore the GK section in the MAT exam as it is a compulsory section and will be included in your overall score. The GK section contains 40 questions and is worth 40 marks. It covers topics such as Current Affairs general knowledge, and business awareness. Therefore, it is important to prepare for this section and attempt all the questions to maximize your score. I'm sorry, but your MAT and SAT scores are not related to NTSE (National Talent Search Examination) eligibility. The eligibility criteria for NTSE stage 2 are based on the scores obtained in the stage 1 exam, which is conducted by the respective state education boards. Generally, students who have secured the minimum qualifying marks in the stage 1 exam are eligible to appear for the stage 2 exam. However, the eligibility criteria may vary from state to state.
