Generally, colleges and universities require applicants to have completed their undergraduate degree before they can enroll in a post-graduate programme. However, some institutions may consider provisional admissions for students who are in the process of completing their undergraduate degree, provided they meet certain requirements such as a minimum GPA or a satisfactory score on entrance exams like MAT.
