The Management Aptitude Test (MAT) is not mandatory for admission to IILM University's MBA program, but it can enhance an application, increase scholarship eligibility, and serve as a benchmark for MBA preparedness. However, other factors like academic record, work experience, and interview performance may also be considered. The decision to apply depends on individual circumstances and preferences, and it's recommended to check admission requirements and guidelines for the MBA program at IILM University, Gurugram for accurate information.
