Yes, you can do MBA with less than 50% in graduation also. But, your graduation percentage should be at least 45%. You can't do from IIMs, S. P Jain, Symbiosis, because their minimum criteria are 50%. So choose your college wisely when you are planning to do an MBA.

You may get admission for an MBA/PGDM programme with this score in MAT though no in the very good colleges but still you may surely get in one. You may look for the institutes accepting 400+ marks in MAT provided it should be at least 50percentile.

The MAT composite score is referred to as marks calculated on the basis of performance in the first four sections of the exam as these sections are related to the skills required over a longer period of time in the management field.
