No, you cannot. The admission notification for MBA admission for academic year 2020 has already been released and the last date of receipt of application is 24 FEB-2020. The list of shortlisted candidates for GD and PI will be published on institute website on 9th March 2020. The photocopies of the CAT/MAT rank card with valid score or admit card of CAT/MAT Exam (in such a case, the candidate must produce the CAT/MAT score card during the GD & PI process, if short listed). So you May 2020 MAT is not applicable here. The MAT score of September and December can be considered here.

Try to clear your shortcomings by focusing on basics and then start practising by giving mock tests, it will give you idea about topic which you need to work hard and score most. Its all game of patience and practice. Work hard and overcome your shortcomings, I'm sure you will crack CAT/MAT or whichever exam you will appear for.
