Yes, you can get many good colleges through your MAT score, some of the colleges which accept it are:
IIMS
Apeejay School of Management
Xavier's University, etc.

To appear in MAT exam, you must have obtained recognised Bachelors degree of minimum 3 years duration or equivalent in any discipline. Those studying in their final graduation year, may also apply.

I am sorry to say but with less than 50% marks in graduation you will not get a call from any good B-school, no matter how much you score in CAT and MAT. However, can apply to some private universities.

Please follow the above link and check the management prospectus 2018 for all the details of OpenMAT 2018. The link for filing in the form is also available here. The syllabus and a sample on the type of questions that will be asked will be mentioned in the booklet of OpenMAT.

PIM-MAT is basically easier than MAT. The college doesn't announce its cutoff but declares a merit list with the name of the students selected without mentioning their score. But the cutoff to get a call for GDPI is around 70 marks out of 200.
