I would recommend you to make a list of top colleges where you want to study. Go through the admission process in those colleges and apply accordingly.

You can get admission in top MBA colleges. Try for IIMs as they have a great ROI or you can try for tier-2 MBA colleges. I have left a link below:

If not CAT then you can write MAT exam and if not, some colleges provide admission without these exams and that would be in distance education but CAT or MAT is compulsory.
