First of all, I would recommend you to go through the top MBA colleges. The colleges consider the percentile that you have secured. And, yes you can visit the GIBS website. Contact them and they will arrange a telephonic interview, if you are selected you will receive a call back within next few days. All the best.

As per my knowledge, it might be accepted because last year, it was accepted. But it is decided by the date.

JBIMS does accept MAT and ATMA scores and you will fall under the 15% seats reserved for All India Seats, the cut-off for which goes around 99.99 percentile. I am not very sure if it will accept May 2016 scores.
