Never lose hope as there is always a second option for anything, if you are not able to clear MAT then also you could take admission in private colleges by directly filling up the form on their website.

No, it's not necessary at all. If you haven't appeared in UPTU then you can get direct admission on the basis of your 12 marks but your marks should be atleast 60%.

Usually, the cut-off is above 99 percentile. I would suggest you to get in through MAH MBA CET. You can surely try with this score.

I think you should join any coaching institute that has good material for reference, opt for test series and analyses your mocks on regular basis. It is better, if you make a planned chart for your preparation. All the exams have different difficulty level as CAT and XAT are on a higher side, whereas MAT and CMAT can be easily attempted after giving some extra efforts on general awareness.
