All these are MBA entrance exams recognised by different bodies. CMAT is conducted by AICTE while MAT is conducted by AIMA. CMAT is recognised by more colleges than MAT.

Yes, you are eligible for various private colleges with this MAT score. You should opt for Sri Balaji Society College or ISBS Pune.

Look, institutes ask for a minimum of 400 composite score and 50 percentile.
There is no such B-school that accepts below this score. No need not get de-motivated. Try for some exams like ATMA, etc.
