Hello,
The AIMA or All India Management Association conducts MAT four times every year and there are no limits to individual attempts, so you can appear for MAT four times in a year i.e. in the month of May, September, December and February on the 1st Sunday of the Month.

There is not much difference between the two in terms of difficulty level. CMAT is a bit easier than MAT as the number of questions needs to be answered in the CMAT is less than the number of questions that need to be answered in MAT. In CMAT, 100 questions need to be answered, 200 questions in CMAT.
Also, more time will be given for solving questions in CMAT than MAT. This gives CMAT ample edge over MAT in difficulty level. There is no significant difference in the nature of questions asked in MAT and CMAT. Even though students will be tested in 4 sections in CMAT and 5 sections in MAT.
