Yes, PUMBA accept MAT score. Apply through DTE Maharashtra CAP Round Process.

Yes IFIM does Accept MAT scores. But you also must consider on appearing for CAT/XAT/GMAT.

No the minimum eligibility is 75percentile in any of the competitive exams.
