I would suggest that you go with Birla Institute of Management, Noida since it has a very good reputation in the educational field. HR is a very good option in this campus. A majority of faculty members who are a part of BIMTECH are very experienced and have a good teaching methodology. This college provides a good industrial relationship for students. Placement package ranges from 5 LPA to 20 LPA. So, I suggest that you go with this campus.

Internship and placement opportunities are very good in Amity. Infosys, TCS, Uber, etc., visit the campus. There are a lot of good campuses in Kolkata for your management studies. Amity (6 Lacs initial fees), NMIMS (more than 7 Lacs), etc., are very good for MBA admissions in Kolkata region. These campuses have good academic standards. These campuses have very affordable fee structure and the student and alumni network is also large. So, I suggest that you take up any of the above. IIM-Kolkata is the best option if you are ready to crack CAT. No other college is better than IIMs for management education.

Top 2 institutes you must target are Indian Institute of Social Welfare and Business Management and NSHM Knowledge Campus. A score of around 500-600 is good to get into these institutes. Other institutes accepting MAT scores are Bengal Institute of Business Studies, Globsyn Business School, Calcutta Business School, Institute of Engineering and Management, Unitedworld School of Business, Eminent College of Management and Technology, Eastern Institute for Integrated Learning in Management, Institute of Management Study and Amity University.

Hello,
Unfortunately, there are no good B-Schools (those ranking under the top 50 in India) in Kolkata which accept the scores of MAT exam and the ones which are there are not really worthy enough for pursuing MBA. Hence, I suggest you to either look for a different exam like CAT IIFT XAT, etc.)., or a different city (Mumbai, Bangalore and New Delhi). Nevertheless, you can check the list of the B-Schools which accept MAT score by visiting the given link.

With 71 percentile in MAT, you can apply for Tier 2 and 3 campuses. Some good colleges for this score are as follows: 1. Amity
2. Christ University
3. Vellore University
4. CMS Jain
5. Welingkar
6. IFIM
7. IBS
8. Alliance
9. RVIM
10. MSRIM
The most important thing about the above list of campuses is their quality of education and placement opportunities. You can select one from the above.
Best of luck.
