You have to first clear UGC NET exam after M.Sc. And then you can apply for government professor and then there are many colleges where you can get seat after clearing exam. Good luck.

Candidate must have obtained a Bachelors degree in any discipline with adequate competence in Mathematics under 10+2+3 pattern of education.

Netaji Subhas Open University - WBN is as below. Candidate must have completed graduation degree with mathematics as honours subject. Candidate must have completed graduation degree from any recognised university and must have studied at least 300 marks in mathematics and secured at least 55% marks in mathematics are eligible.
