For eco hons, maths is mandate. Even for B.Com (Hons) programme maths is mandate. So I don't think that any university offer eco hons without maths. But, you may try to other private university otherwise the chances are negligible.

In order to get into any of the colleges of Delhi University, you need to register yourself into DU's website. Then, you need to check the cut-off lists.

Hi Divyanshu,
It does not matter if you didn't have maths in class 12th. For MBA, you should have completed your graduation and class 12 with 50% of marks. You are eligible for admission in DFS. You have to clear CAT exam and based on your scores you can get admission. After clearing the CAT exam, you have to clear the Group discussion and Personal Interview round. Based on the cumulative scores of the three rounds, you may get admission. The cut-off will be declared based on the results.

You can pursue M.Sc maths in distance mode from IGNO (Indra Gandhi Open University). There is no entrance but admission is on the basis of merit and you can also do it from Delhi University on private basis but there will be no classes and admission will be without any entrance.

The question is difficult to answer because the reputation of an institution depends on its faculty and the students. In my opinion you can take admission in any college of Delhi University where B.Sc.(mathematics) is taught.
