In general, B.Sc (Honors) in maths is a good course which opens a lot of career fields after completion of course which are:
Masters: After B.Sc Honors in maths, one can go for M.Sc in mathematics, statistics, operational research, pure mathematics, applied mathematics, mathematics and computing. Some of the prestigious institutes which offer M.Sc in mathematics are:
IITs (through IIT jam)
CMI (Chennai mathematical institute separate exam and tough one)
IISC, Bangalore (through IIT Jam but only for top 70 AIR)
IISER (through IIT Jam but offers integrated one)
TIFR (Tata Institute of Fundamental Research)
University of Hyderabad
M.Sc in operational research (DU).
2) MBA: After B.Sc Honors in maths, MBA is also a good option which gives a kick start to your career.
3) Actuarial Science: If you want a job just after your graduation, so pursuing and clearing at least three exams of actuarial Science gives you a good job.
4) MCA / CODING: IT industry is one of the fastest growing industry in INDIA which offers lot of jobs. So, after B.Sc Honors in maths, you can go for IT jobs but you should know little bit of coding or you can go for MCA (NIMCET exams for admission in MCA ) .
5) Teaching : After B.Sc Honors, you can go for teaching as well but for that you have to do B.Ed or if professor or lectureship then JRF or NET exam .
