Yes, you can get admission to a Commerce course even if you have cleared your 12th Science exam and failed only in Math. Most colleges offering B.Com or other Commerce programs do not require Mathematics as a compulsory subject; however, some may prefer it.

Yes, you can join BA Economics at Delhi University even without Maths in Class 12. It will limit your option. Some colleges of the DU may offer this programme without the requirement of Mathematics. However, others are taking it as a compulsorily required subject at the time of admission to their college.

Of course, one can opt for Diploma or BCA in Computer Science itself, even though there is no study of Maths at Class 12 level; however, the eligibility may vary institute to institute. For instance, some colleges consider those who studied Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (PCB), especially for the Diploma in Computer Science or BCA.

To find out if a lack of mathematics in classes 11 and 12 would impact your eligibility, it is recommended that you visit the admissions office directly or review the prerequisites for your selected course on their official webs
