my knowledge cut-off is September 2021 and I do not have access to the latest cutoff information for M.Sc. Mathematics at MP Bhoj University.

Hi Aditi! For doing B.Sc. Course from IGNOU student must be from Science background. So you can not do B.Sc. Maths hons from IGNOU.
