You can go for professional courses like CA CS&CMA. And if you want to do job just after 12th you can prepare for SSC CHSL exam. You can pursue graduation in B.Com (Hons) BCA if you want.

Yes, you can, you need to qualify certain exams if you want a seat in renowned colleges or university. You should have minimum 50% in 12th (any stream) to do BCA. It doesn't matter which stream student you choose.

As you are commerce student without Maths you are not eligible for becoming a pilot. You can take up Physics and Maths subjects in an open school and then become eligible for pilot training school. Without Physics and Maths you are not eligible for taking admissions in pilot training school.
