Yes, You are eligible for joining B.Com even without having Maths as your subject. B.Com eligibility includes class 12th pass with a percentage of atleast 50% irrespective of the stream and board.

Most of the Commerce courses and Colleges does not require Maths as a subject. Also, You can join courses in Arts, Humanities, Science, Social Sciences, Law and Human Sciences which do not require Maths as a subject in Class 11th and class 12th. Mostly, all the general colleges and universities provide such courses.

Yes, there is certain deduction but it keeps on changing year to year. Also, now CUET is being followed and given weightage for admission in DU colleges. Students need to do better in exams in order to take admission. % deduction is not a major thing now onwards.
