Yes you can. Securing 100 marks in Math in class 10th is possible, if you are carefully solving all exercises and examples of Mathematics Textbooks of class 10th.

Hello Mariam Asiyal , you can pursue M.Sc in Mathematics at Rani Anna Government College For Women based on your degree merit, you need to have completed the graduation from a recognized institute or college in the related field.
You must hold a bachelor's degree with English and Mathematics as your main subjects with a minimum aggregate of 50 percent marks in graduation.

No, Maths is not compulsory for all posts in the Indian Space Research Organisation. If you want to join as a Scientist or Engineer (SC), then yes you have to study math in class 10+2. After which you can do a Bachelor of Engineering/Bachelor of Technology/Master of Science and join the Indian Space Research Organisation. If your Diploma in engineering you can let join as a Technical Assistant. Even here you would be studying mathematics.
