Yes, definitely you can do BCA even if you are not from Mathematics background in 10+2 because for doing BCA, there is no necessity of Mathematics subject in 10+2. Candidates must have completed 10+2 in any stream from any recognised board.

Definitely you can do BCA after completing 12th standard. In BCA you will learn about some interesting subjects like Mathematics, Computer Programming, Computer Networking, Database Management Systems and, Software Engineering. Besides the core compulsory subjects, students can choose from a wide variety of subjects as their pathway elective or minor elective. As per my knowledge many colleges and Universities are offering BCA course. For BCA programme choose Geeta University as this University offers varies specialisation in BCA -

You can easily get admission as cutoff is 300- 400, only you need to enroll to their site or through offline mode.

Mathematics is compulsory for applying to BMS / BBA(FIA) of SSCBS. Aspirants belonging to general category should have obtained a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate in four subjects: Mathematics, English and two other subjects.
So, the students of 12th with Mathematics as optional subject not eligible for BBA FIA admission of SSCBS of DU.

Not eligible for M.Sc. Biotechnology Integrated of St. Xavier's College Kolkata. The eligibility criteria is given below.
Eligibility criteria of M.Sc. Biotechnology Integrated:
Compulsory subjects in (+2) level: Biology/Biotech, Chemistry, Physics & Mathematics
So, from Mathematics is compulsory subject in +2 level.

The eligibility criteria of M.Sc. Mathematics of AU is BSc with Mathematics as main subject. And you have done B.Sc. in Computer science. So not eligible for M.Sc. Mathematics of AU.
