With a 73% in HSC, you may be eligible for admission to the B.Sc in Statistics at Delhi University (DU), but it largely depends on the specific college's cut-off and entrance exam results. Generally, DU requires a minimum of 50% aggregate marks for B.Sc programs, but competitive courses like B.Sc (Hons.) Statistics often have higher cut-offs, typically around 55% or more12. Additionally, admissions are influenced by performance in the CUET entrance exam and the subsequent merit list

No, maths is not compulsory for BBA in OP Jindal Global University. Even if you did not choose Maths in class 11th or class 12th, you can still apply for BBA. Several colleges admit students without a maths background to BBA programmes.

Yes, for admission to a BCom (Honours) course, it is generally necessary to have studied Mathematics in class 12, especially in top universities like Delhi University, and other prestigious institutions. These universities often require Mathematics as a compulsory subject to ensure students are prepared for the rigorous analytical and financial components of BCom Honours. Without Mathematics, students may have limited options and may only be eligible for the general B.Com program in some institutions.
