No, maths is not a compulsory subject which a student need to have in 11th and 12th to pursue Geography honours. The student can take up B.A. Geography Honours without maths also. The student just have to meet the marks criteria for the respective college, for getting admission into the course. Also, it's not mandatory in many college to be of Humanities background to opt for B.A. Geography Honours.

Sorry Dear, In any of the University of Delhi College , for maths honours course no one can take Physical education as a fourth subject in best four subjects.
You can include English subject in best four subject.
English, Maths, Physics, Chemistry can be the subjects in best four.
I hope its clear.

Yes, you can give the IIT JAM exam. All what anyone needs to give IIT JAM exam is to have Bachelor's degree or in the final year.
