MBA in HRM would be better although M.A/MSW with specialization in Personnel and HR management is also considered equivalent I would suggest MBA. Best Wishes.

Please write about the college name for a better response. Like in the University of Delhi, 60% of aggregate marks in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry are mandatory requirements. While 50% marks in English is an additional requirement.
