It is compulsory to have Maths for BCom but not for BA in SRCC. It depends on the course you want to do for BA. In any college, Mathematics is not mandatory for arts or commerce group. Maths is required for Science group but still Science courses like life science, plant science, etc., doesn't require it.You cannot get admission at SRCC if you don't have Maths in Class 12th. Not only SRCC, to get admission in B.Com (Hons) in DU, you must have Maths. You can join B.Com (P) however. But, SRCC doesn't offer B.Com(P).

Yes, you can still get in to a regular courses like BCA even if you take compartment exams. Many colleges and universities will accept a student who has taken compartment examinations as long as they meet the prerequisites for the course. With the CBSE compartment exam, students who do not pass the CBSE test in 2024 will have another opportunity to succeed. Partial exam participation can preserve a student's academic year. Yes mathematics is compulsory at NIT Agartala. If you want to go to NITs you need to qualify JEE Mains and maths is a compulsory subject for this.
