You can do Diploma IT after 10th with basic Maths. But can not do B.Sc IT and Masters in IT after Diploma IT. Because these needs 12th PCM and B.Sc IT.

Yes, you can appear for the IIT JAM Mathematical Statistics exam even if you are pursuing B.Sc in Physics with Math and Chemistry.
