You will not get a seat in the Maulana Azad Medical college with 116 marks as your scores are very low and Maulana Azad is among the top Colleges in India and admission in this college requires very high score, so you would not get admission in this college through counseling.

Admission is through counseling based on the rank obtained in NEET UG.
15% seats will be under All India Quota (AIQ) are allocated directly by the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) and remaining 85% seats will be filled by Delhi University quota.
