No, Maulana Azad Medical College is not expensive. The total tuition fee for the MBBS program at Maulana Azad Medical College is INR 12,353, which is relatively affordable, just try your best to get into this college as it is pretty difficult.  Even by including hostel fee of INR 6,000 per year, with a security deposit of INR 5,000 the overall fee do not add too much to the account.

There is no placement after MBBS. During internship in lok nayak hospital students are given 23000 per month currently and after clearing PG entrance and taking admission salary of 90000 is given per monthThe internship is offered for 1 year and is mandatory after completing 4.5 years. The schedule is hectic but prepares us well for our upcoming jobs as physicians and surgeons. The stipend is also good for the internship.
