As per CAT eligibility criteria, you can apply in CAT for MBA. CAT doesn't specify the requirement for class 12th passing certificate. However, some colleges may have different rules. But, you will be eligible for any PG course after B.Tech.

To get admission for MBA/MS, you need to first appear for MBA/MS CET, following which you need to enroll yourself for the Centralized Admission Process (CAP) rounds. You will be allowed to fill in multiple institutions as per your choice and priority. You can enroll for additional CAP rounds if you are not allotted a seat in the institute of your first preference.

I can only comment on IMT Hyderabad. Till date about 94% is placed with an average package of 7.18 LPA. In Finance we have around five professors who are well qualified and have industry experience also. The companies that offer finance profiles include TCS, HDFC life and many other. The roles that are offered to the finance students are business analyst, credit appraiser and many other.

RIIM is a good institute to pursuing PGDM. They have the best faculty members, best placement, industrial visits, educational trips to London or Dubai and they also organize 1-month residential programme in London. So, you can go for RIIM.

There is no formal cutoff. We evaluate candidate in a holistic manner. So, your class 10th, class 12th, UG, work experience (if any) is considered while evaluating your profile.
