An option to TISS Mumbai's MBA programme is the Executive Post Graduate Diploma. The admissions procedure for the TISSNET MBA programme in Mumbai consists of two rounds. Initially, applicants are selected from a short list based on their performance on the multiple-choice TISSNET MBA exam. Shortlisted candidates go to the online personal interview (OPI) stage, where their suitability and motivation for the programme are assessed. TISSNET MBA has, however, been cancelled for 2024. CUET PG is an option for candidates seeking MBA admission. Admission to the postgraduate programme is determined by the Central University Entrance Test (Postgraduate), or CUET PG, in accordance with TISS admission rules for 2024.

Getting into TISS Mumbai's MBA programme involves a two-stage process: 1.
