The Answer to your question is that, In UPES Different MBA specializations require MAT/CMAT score of 75 or 80 percentile, or CAT/XAT of 70 or 75 percentile. Yes if you got 60% in your Class 12th then you are eligible for the admission in UPES, as the eligibility criteria according to which you can get admission is that you should have scored atleast 50% in the 12th class to get the admission, but as you mentioned you got 60% then you are definitely eligible to get the admission there.
