Yes, you can choose MBA in agriculture after completing graduation in BS Agriculture. But I would recommend you to choose the top B school in India only because it will help you to secure a good job after MBA in agriculture at the top firms.

Candidates need to pass any of the relevant entrance exams conducted for admission to the course, followed by rounds of Group Discussion and Personal Interview in the final stages. The main entrance exams held for the course are CAT, MAT, XAT, CMAT, etc. A minimum aggregate score of 50% at the level of graduation, completed from a recognised institute of higher learning is eligible to apply.
