I believe, there is not much in scope in MBA biotechnology, there are not much placement opportunities here in India. But if you want to pursue your career outside India, then it MBA in biotech is good. You will get many opportunities there.

MBA-Pharma Biotech admission process is carried on the basis of ATMA (conducted by AIMS score). For securing a seat in PUMBA for this course, you will have to score more than 95 percentile in ATMA.

As per university website, the MBA-Biotechnology program is no available at Osmania University. However MSC-Biotechnology program is available there.

If you intend to go to the business line, go for strategic management as per your profile.
