These days, many colleges or universities abroad particularly in western Europe or Canada or Australia are feeling the pinch of reduction of population of their countries and have opened doors for students from different countries to come in and learn. Dear Jatin,
Not every professional college/university offers the dual degree (like B.Tech + M.Tech or B.Tech + MBA). However, some colleges like Amity University, Noida offer this dual specialisation. For placement, I would say that it all depends upon you and your caliber. But be attentive because some colleges promise to offers dual degree but at the time of placement, they offer only tech companies (that too of only B.Tech package). You need to care about that.

If you do not want technical career after B.Tech CSE, then you may opt for MBA. MBA is a good career switch option. MBA grads from Tier I and II colleges have good opportunities for job and career growth.

Both the options are good but only when you pursue it from reputed institutes like IITs or IIMs. Also, it depends on your career goals whether you want to start your career in engineering or management field. After pursuing MBA, your career line will change. The best option is to go for job first and then Executive MBA, so that you can get growth in your career.
