For private sector, if you want to go for MBA, it hardly matters because what matters the most incorporates is soft skills you have and attitude and overall I must say somehow it adds value to your resume if somewhat in government sector.

Counseling is something that you have to obtain, if required from your professors and friends. Here, you can collect details regarding the courses and colleges and based on that you can take a decision on your own or like I said you can approach your professors and friends to arrive at a decision. Selected candidates need to appear for a web-based counselling that will be organized for admission to different courses. Candidates need to register themselves to be able to appear in the counselling. The registration fee for the same is Rs. 450. Candidates need to present the following documents at the time of counselling:
High School Mark sheet
Age certificate
Intermediate (+2) or equivalent Mark sheet
Intermediate Certificate (if issued)
10+2+3 mark sheet & degree
Transfer Certificate
Migration Certificate (if issued by the Board)
Admit card of respective Entrance Test
Certificate of Reservation (If any).

Hi,
If you would like to enrol for MBA in IGNOU, you will have to provide them a letter of 3 years of work experience and they will also take entrance test. But in ICFAI, they will not ask for experience letter and won't take any entrance test. I heard from many people that IGNOU is harder. According to me, ICFAI would be the best option for you.

You have really good academic scores. There are many colleges where you can apply like:
1) BIMM
2) ISBS
3) ITM Navi Mumbai
4) IIMP, etc.
I'm currently studying in BIMM executive (marketing)
