Yes, B-Schools are still taking admission applications. Check for TAPMI, Great Lakes, IFMR, BIM-Trichy, K J Somaiya, IMI-Delhi and LBS-Delhi. You can also check for IIT-Kanpur, IIT-Kharagpur and IIT-Madras, there last date of applying is 30th January 2017.

There is no provision of any fee concession for obc category and there is no relaxation of merit cutoff . The merit cutoff remains same for general and OBC category. You can go through percentile cutoff of previous year through this link http://siom.in/latestnews/1
