Yes, you can pursue MBA, the only exception is when it's specifically said that you require maths in class 12th. But I do not see any such requirements laid out.

Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh. Ownership: Government. Pilani, Rajasthan. Ownership: Private. Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi. New Delhi, Delhi. Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi. Christ University, Bangalore. Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai. Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, Vadodara. All the different colleges have their entrance exam with different names

The minimum eligibility for MBA (BE) is at least 50% marks in graduation in any discipline. However, certain institutes give preference to candidates with a background in commerce and economics.
