MBA Eligibility

The University of Agricultural Sciences Bangalore (UASB) offers an MBA program. The basic eligibility for the MBA programme is a bachelor's degree or equivalent with relevant subjects. Here are some other eligibility criteria: Candidates must have passed a bachelor's degree of minimum of 3 years duration examination or equivalent.Candidates must have obtained an aggregate with the mentioned marks.Candidates must have a minimum OGPA of 5.50 /10.00.Candidates who have obtained any Diploma or vocational course after matriculation will not be eligible.UASB also accepts the following exams for MBA admission: Karnataka PGCET, ICAR AIEEA.

Sandhya and Swati Sharma MBA Leadership Award applies to only Masters courses. This is a merit-based scholarship availale for international students who apply for master's admission at the university. Sandhya and Swati Sharma MBA Leadership Award awards up to CAD 10,000 or (INR 6.21 L) per year to various international students. Below is given the minimum eligibility to be eligible for the scholarships:Applicants must have an undergraduate degree and any further academic qualificationsMust demonstrate leadership skillsWork Experience: A minimum of two years of full-time work experience after completion of an undergraduate degree is requiredEnglish Language Proficiency:IELTS: A score of 7.0 is required with a minimum of 7.0 in each categoryTOEFL: A score of 100 is required with a minimum of 20 in each categoryInterview(CAD 1 = INR 62.13)

Qualifying requirements for Dronacharya Group of Institutions MBA programme admission:Qualifications for Education: A bachelor's degree in any field from an accredited university with a minimum of 50% overall (45% for those from SC/ST categories).Exams for Entrance: Applicants must have a valid score on tests such as the CAT, MAT, XAT, CMAT, ATMA, or GMAT.Selection Procedure: Academic records, a group discussion, a personal interview, and the results of the admission exam are used to determine who gets shortlisted.The final decision is made by combining the results of the admission exam, GD, PI, coursework, and job experience.Candidates from reserved categories (SC, ST, and OBC) will have their eligibility requirements loosened by 5%.Any discipline graduate with 50% of the possible points counts toward the PGDM program. No score on the admission exam is necessary.

The basis for final admission is cumulative performance.English Proficiency: For applicants from non-English speaking backgrounds, evidence of English proficiency may be needed through tests such as the TOEFL, IELTS, etc.If you have opt for the full time MBA programme then no work experience is required, but for part-time MBA programme it is required to have minimum experience of 2 years.
