The basic entry qualification for MBA course at Jagannath University, Jaipur is passing of bachelor’s degree and any discipline from a recognised university with minimum 50 % marks for general category candidates and 45% for SC/ST category candidates. Also, the test takers must have received a pass mark in any national or state level management aptitude test such as CAT, MAT, XAT, CMAT etc. This is as common practice in most management programs and is aimed at proving that students have an academic foundation coupled with potential to do management programs.

To be eligible for MBA, candidates must have a graduation degree with 50% aggreagte from a recognised university. The college offers entrance-based admission followed by a CAP Counselling round. To get admission candidates are required to apply and appear in one entrance exam accepted by the college, such as CET, MAT, CAT, XAT, ATMA and others. Further, the colleges reserved 25% of seat for management quota. In management quota, college offers direct admission based on last qualifying exam.

Aspirants must pass a three-year bachelor's degree with at least overall 50% aggregate to apply for SJCE Mysore MBA programme. About 50% of the total intake is filled via PGCET whereas other 50% through Management Quota. Candidates offered seat in MBA programme must pay the course fee to confirm their seat in the college.
