With a 68 percentile in CAT, getting into one of the new IIMs (like IIM Kashipur, IIM Rohtak, IIM Trichy, etc.) could be challenging, even under the OBC category. While new IIMs generally have slightly lower cut-offs compared to the older ones, they still maintain high academic and professional standards. A 68 percentile might not meet the required cut-offs for these institutes. However, it's worth checking the exact cut-off trends for the specific IIMs you are interested in, as they may vary each year. You can also explore other options like private B-schools and top-tier PGDM institutes, where your percentile might be more competitiv

With a CAT percentile of 44.28, getting into top-tier B-schools may be tough, but there are still good options available. You can consider institutes like IMS Noida, Jaipuria Institute of Management, Amity Business School, ITM Navi Mumbai, and LPU Punjab. Other options include Welingkar Institute, BIMTECH, and Shiv Nadar University, which have solid MBA programs. Ramaiah Institute of Management, K.J. Somaiya, and VIT Business School are also worth looking into. While these schools may have a slightly lower cut-off, factors like your academic record and work experience could improve your chances. Make sure to check each institute's elig

With an 87 percentile in CAT, you have some good B-school options in India. Consider institutes like IILM University (New Delhi, Gurgaon), which offers a strong MBA programme with industry exposure, or Xavier Institute of Management (XIMB), Bhubaneswar, known for its solid curriculum and placements. Great Lakes Chennai and SP Jain (Mumbai) also offer great opportunities, though SP Jain can be highly competitive. FORE School of Management (New Delhi) and UPES, Dehradun are also great options, with good industry connections and specialised MBA programs. It's a good idea to research each school's offerings and placements to find the best

The cutoff of MAT 2023 at Dr. K.N Modi University was approximately around 25 percentile, which is applicable to the general category candidates. This standard is applicable to the MBA programme and is the benchmark score required for consideration. As such, the university considers both the MAT scores and also other parameters such as academics and personal interviews for each candidate. Above this score, a candidate is likely to be considered for the program. The detailed procedures and updates regarding admissions are available on the university website and may be accessed from there by frequent visitors.

Yes, a CAT score is enough for AIMSR Mumbai, MBA admission. However, candidates must make sure to pass the in-house selection rounds conducted by the institute for the final admission to the MMS cousre.  The final selection rounds might include group discussion (GD) and personal interview (PI) rounds. Other than the CAT exam score, candidates with CET or CMAT exam scores can also apply for the MBA course.
