If you missed filling out the form for JBIMS through CMAT, you can still apply for direct admission after your results. The process for direct admission involves being shortlisted based on your profile and CAT/MH-CET scores. Shortlisted candidates are then called for an in-person assessment, which includes a Group Activity, a Personal Interview, and a Written Ability Test. PU MET score is determined on the basis of correct answers marked by aspirants in the PU MET exam. For each correct answer, candidates are awarded one mark. For an incorrect answer, 0.25 marks are deducted from the candidates' total score. This means that for four incorrect answers, one mark is deducted from the total score.

The Maharashtra common entrance test for MBA is not only conducted in Maharashtra but also outside the state. Candidates from other states like Delhi-NCR, Gujarat, Bihar, Chhattisgarh, Karnataka, Jharkhand, Telangana, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, and Madhya Pradesh can also appear for the exam at designated centers outside Maharashtra.The centre for the test depends upon the region of the candidate.
