The National Testing Agency (NTA) of India administers the Common Management Admission Test (CMAT), an online computer-based exam, to help schools choose qualified applicants for admission to all management programmes that have been authorised by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). Yes, Utkal University accepts CAT scores for admission to its MBA in Agri-Business Management. Candidates willing to get admission to this course can appear for CAT and submit their scores at the time of filling the application form. Apart from CAT, the university also considers scores of other entrance exams such as MAT, CMAT, XAT, ICAR-AIEEA PG, TISSNET and UMAT (in-house) entrance exams).

NSUT considers MAT, CAT, and CMAT scores for admission. In December 2023, the upcoming MAT event is the PBT exam on December 9. Ongoing activities include the download of MAT 2023 Admit Cards for both PBT and IBT 2, which continues until December 9.
