Yes, Admission to the MBA/PGDM course at Shantiniketan Business School (SBS) may be granted without MAT score. SBS accepts scores in national-level entrance exams from CAT, XAT, CMAT, and GMAT apart from MAT. No, CAT is not compulory for admission to MBA programme at AAM Business School. As the college accepts scores of other entrance exams, including XAT and TANCET. Moreover, candidates can also appear for admission without entrance exam scores and based on scores obtained in the last academic merit of undegraduation.

Off course, one can secure admission to MBA/PGDM course of Bharati Vidyapeeth Institute of Management Studies & Research without appearing for CAT. The institute considers MAT, CMAT, XAT and MH-CET scores to admit students into it's autonomous MBA institute. The admission is open to all those students who could get themselves through these exams. Yes, the MAT scores are accepted for admission to the PGDM programme offered at the ICBM School of Business Excellence (ICBM-SBE). The applicants who have a valid MAT score can apply for the programme and they will be considered during the interview, group discussion, and entrance exam phases of the selection process.

Cutoff of MAT test for AIMS – Atharva Institute of Management Studies is usually between 500 and 600. However the institute admits students for MBA/PGDM with a composite score of 400 and above. The MAT expected cutoff percentile for AIMS is in the range of 40-50 percentile. Other criteria that the institute uses to select candidates to given courses include performance, past work experience and the results of the interview conducted in the institute. The MAT cutoff scores for AIMS are as follows: Sectional Cutoff – 30 to 40 marks, Composite Score – 400 to 600, Percentile – 40 to 50 percentile.

Yes, the students can take admission for AIMS – Atharva Institute of Management Studies MBA/PGDM course without MAT. The institute offers admission through CAT, XAT, CMAT, ATMA and GMAT scores but has its own cutoff marks. Candidates who had not written MAT can apply with the scores of any of these examinations. The institute also has its own entrance tests called as AIMS Test for those students who have not written any of the aforementioned tests. Usually, the entrance exam score is nearly 50%, while the other 50% is determined using the performance in the academic test, a group discussion, and an interview.

On the other hand, the MBA programme conducted by CAT (IIMs and top colleges) usually gives high placements with packages ranging at an average of INR 15–30 LPA, while global recruiters are ready with diversified roles.
