With a score of 216 in NMAT, the chances of getting a call from XIMB (Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar) are high since the overall cutoff for enrollment in XIMB during the recent years has been close to 200-220. But your sectional scores are also important here since a lot of institutes have set minimum sectional cutoffs. Logical Reasoning-70; Language Skills-82; Quantitative Aptitude-64: These scores would either meet the requirements or come quite close depending on the sectional cutoff XIMB will have this year. You should, however, apply to XIMB and check the particular cut-off trends for 2024, for confirming eligibility.

Yes, you can definitely take admission into several MBA colleges around Bangalore with a MAT score of 498 because there are several colleges that accept the score for admission purposes. However, some of the top-tier colleges usually take a cut-off higher than that, but many reputed colleges may still consider you for the management quota or other aspects like academic performance, work experience, or personal interview for a score around 498.Here are some names in Bangalore:Acharya Institute of Management and Sciences (AIMS)IFIM Business SchoolChrist University (may demand higher MAT scores or additional rounds with regard to selectio

The cut-off is lower for other categories: 75 percentile for NC-OBC/EWS, 65 percentile for SC, and 55 percentile for ST/PwD candidates. So I suggest to apply for all IIMS. It depends on the exam cell team. There is a probability that you have been selected for PSGIM College. The first criterion is scoring a good percentile, followed by an interview. Sometimes, if you demonstrate strong business qualities, innovative ideas, and enthusiasm for your field, the selection team may choose you. However, there are instances when you might not be selected. The general percentile for the exam ranges from 75-90, depending on the number of students appearing and the exam's difficulty level. For SC/ST category students, it varies. You must score at least 45% in all subjects.

No, CUSAT (Cochin University of Science and Technology) does not admit students solely through the CAT (Common Admission Test). For most undergraduate programs, CUSAT conducts its own entrance exam called the CUSAT-CAT. However, for some courses like MBA, admissions are based on the CAT scores, while other courses may consider various eligibility criteria, including marks in qualifying exams and performance in university-specific entrance tests.
