Admission for the MBA Marketing Management course at MGM Institute of Management and Research has more options; these include CAT scores as well as scores from national-level entrance exams such as MAT, XAT, CMAT, and ATMA. Admission seeking students require a bachelor's degree with marks not below 50%. Then, group discussion and personal interview are included in the selection process and it tests the aptitude of a candidate towards management studies. Therefore, whereas CAT is in greater importance and consideration, it is not an only way to enter the institution.

The total fee for MBA is INR 17.2 lakh - INR 24.2 lakh. This fee amount is as per the official website/sanctioning body. It is still subject to changes and hence, is indicative. The final selection is done based on the student's performance in Group Exercises, Personal Interviews & Written Ability Tests. Candidates who complete the course will receive a degree from Symbiosis International (Deemed University).

Yogi Vemana University admission to the MBA course is based on the state-level management entrance exam AP ICET. Sri Krishnadevaraya University, Ananthapuramu conducts AP ICET on behalf of the Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education. However, candidates must have a valid qualification for admission to Yogi Vemana University MBA. Therefore, to secure admission to the Yogi Vemana University MBA course, candidates must have an AP ICET score, not a CAT exam score.
