MBA Human Resource Management: 2-year duration (full time), 77000 (per year), 154000 (total course fee).

No, 89 percentile is too low. For top colleges, a percentile around 99 is required.

If you consider Pune, the best college to do MBA is Pumba and the cut-off for open category will be upwards of 94 percentile this time. You will definitely get MIT Pune.
