Hello Saurabh,
The eligibility criteria for doing MBA is to have a Bachelor's degree in any stream from a recognized university with at least 50% (unreserved category) and 45% (for reserved category).
You also need to appear for entrance exams like CAT, MAT, XAT, etc. to secure admission in a good college.
The fee structure varies from one college to another. In top MBA colleges the fee structure will be 6-10 lakhs per annum or even more.
In top government colleges it will be around 1-1.5 lakhs per annum only.

ASM IBMR is not like IIM but it comes in good colleges and now they are giving Harvard certificate. PGDM is program and MBA playing their individual role. Not a huge difference.PGDM is like a Diploma and MBA is a masters degree.

It depends on the university you're choosing, there are universities where you can get your MBA done just at 1 lakh or less and there are also the ones where the tuition fees for MBA is more than 15 lakhs.
