Yes you need some amount of communication skill in any branch after MBA whether it is marketing or finance or operation or gen man role you need communication skill without communication skill you can't convey your idea to other but the good part is it is easy to develop a basic communication skill you don't need to be an exceptional communication skill you just need a baseline skill join toastmaster to improve your skill and about finance it is a numbers game but not involve math from your 10th or 12th standard you need analytical skill hope it will help you thanks.

MDI Murshidabad is a good business school with a great brand value of MDI and accepting applications (for now) with a low CAT score. At present, its ranking may not be jaw-dropping, however, within a few years, it should slowly and steadily emerge as India's preferred business school. The highest package of 12 LPA and the average salary of 9.05 LPA. MDI Murshidabad is also becoming a favorite among recruiters, especially in the East. During PGPM 2017-19 placements, there was a 64 percent rise in the number of new recruiters visiting the campus.
