Don't go for LL.B. Better go for MBA finance, it will give more job opportunities. It has least job opportunities. I prefer MBA, because even if you failed to complete CS the knowledge you will have in Taxation, SEBI, Accounts will help you to get good jobs if you take MBA in finance. Same thing has happened with me and now I am working for good firm.

Hello,
MBA in finance has very good score in India and abroad as well. As you know that every company ultimately work for gaining profits from their organization. So, those who study finance are involved in the financial management of that organization. So, you can expect a good job after your MBA in finance. Finance has traditionally been an evergreen specialization for pursuing MBA in India. One can easily find ample lucrative job opportunities in it, only if pursued from a good, reputed college like IIM Kolkata, Jamnalal Bajaj, and Mumbai among others. Thank you.

Hi,
You cannot pursue LL.M directly. First, you have to do LLB. There is no LLM in corporate finance, only corporate law is available. I don't think LLM will give you advantage here, because your main stream is MBA and it will not help with management. You can just study the law from a good book for your personal information or do CS course which is better.
